Terms and Conditions

Our training program is designed to equip students with the necessary skills to become confident and responsible drivers. To ensure the smooth running of the academy and fair treatment of all participants, we have established the following terms and conditions:

• 1. Mode of Payment: A minimum deposit of 70% is required, with full payment mandatory for one-week courses. Training will be paused if the balance is unpaid after one week and resumed upon settlement. Payments should be made to the cashier to avoid disputes; do not pay the instructor unless instructed. No refunds after payment.
• 2. Signature: Append your signature where required to validate your agreement with these terms.
• 3. Training Schedule: Practical sessions are available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, with morning, afternoon, and evening slots.
• 4. Theory Classes: Theory sessions are held weekly—Wednesdays (Ozuoba), Thursdays (Iwofe), and Fridays (Agip). Students must maintain 80% attendance to receive the Testimonial Certificate of Competence.
• 5. Assessment: A final exam and practical assessment require a minimum score of 75% for certification.
• 6. Training Expiration: Training expires on the last scheduled training day.
• 7. Damages: Students are liable for any damages caused by failure to follow instructor guidelines. Please adhere strictly to instructions.
• 8. Certificate of Training: The academy’s certificate is free. The General Certificate of Driver’s Education (GCDE) for driver’s license processing is available for N10,000, provided the student passes with at least 60% on the CBT.
• 9. Vehicle Documentation: We offer assistance with genuine vehicle documentation at reduced rates.
• 10. Recruitment Services: Our recruitment assistance for qualified drivers is available for both corporate clients and private individuals at an affordable service charge.
• 11. Driver’s License Processing: As an accredited academy, we offer genuine driver’s license processing within 26 days at competitive rates.

• 13. Extended Training Expiration: Training will expire after two months of non-attendance without a valid reason.
• 14. Graduation Requirements: Students are expected to participate in a graduation ceremony upon course completion to receive their Testimonial Certificate of Training. A crate of malt and cabin biscuits should be provided during the ceremony.
